Sad News
I just heard the sad news of the closing of Deborah Bell's gallery in Chelsea. Deborah Bell is a treasure and one of the nicest gallery owners I've ever met. Her gallery was always a must stop for me any time I visited New York City. I have fond memories of meeting Sid Kaplan at his Urban Stonehenge exhibit in 2009, and ironically tomorrow is the annual Mahattanhenge day of perfect aligning of the setting sun within the grids of New York city streets.
